Refund and Returns Policy

Most items here are custom made, therefore no returns will be acccepted. We may offer to redo/replace the order or issue a refund based on the discretion of Patch Brigade.

We will typically share pictures with you before, during, or after the production process to help elimiate the chance of a design error. Only unaltered / unprocessed items where production was halted before it began may be eligible for a possible return/refund and will be subject to a restocking fee since most items are special ordered.

This includes, but not limited to, embroidered garments, sew on patches, velcro patches, printed patches, printed shirts or other clothing. As well as laserable items like wood signs, acrylic, mirrors, stone/rock, glass, cups, and more
